Learning Mall Common Role Explained

 

There are many roles in Learning Mall Online. Each of them gives the user different permissions. Please refer to the table below for details. 

 

 

Some of these roles are assigned automatically based on information from the registry or departments, for example, the "teacher" role. To apply for other roles, for example, "Module leader", please contact your departmental secretary. We understand that on rare occasions, due to personnel changes, department secretaries who have the permission may become unavailable. In this circumstance, please send us a ticket via "Ask a question" at the Knowledge Base with the HoD's email approval to grant the new personnel the permission as an attachment. 

 

Note: Please take extra care in terms of assigning roles because some of the roles afford the users extensive permissions which may lead to severe consequences is misused.
